Boarding School Tour
Denmark and Sweden
(Copenhagen, Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm)
January 28 – February 4, 2021
Why Sweden and Bluechip events?
- Size: Our events/fairs are small. Maximum number of participating schools is 7. This gives a lot of attention to each participating school from visiting students and families.
- Focus: Bluechip only works with the US institutions and is the most established and well known company for this in all of Scandinavia
- Experience: Bluechip have been working with the USA and organizing fairs/events for the past 29 years
- Student Quality: Students from Sweden are very mature and good students with a very high command of the English language
Over the past 28 years we have been helping Swedish students study abroad, and since 2007 we have focused solely on sending students to study in the United States through our company Bluechip – Study USA. Bluechip is known for being the leading U.S. specialist in Scandinavia.
We have in the past years seen a growing interest in Swedish and other Scandinavian students wanting to go to a good boarding school in the US.
We have seen an increase in this as families are looking for better alternatives for their childrens education as the Scandinavian school system has fallen behind in many ways the last decade.
This year we will be part of the Dannish Efterskole Messe Fair (High School Fair) with over 6 000 junior high school graduate students attending (9th graders and their parents). They are all looking for what high school allternative they should choose as well as what they should do in their ”Gap Year” before High School. You will be part of Bluechip Study USA booth. The tour is limited to only 7 institutions. The tour will fill up quickly so register early!
The tour normally falls in after the UP Finland event if you are attending that event and our tour also fits in right before the NABSW in London event which is the weekend right after the tour. So perfect timing to come to Denmark and Sweden!
The Bluechip open house in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm will be marketed primarily in daily press and weekly magazines that is read by high income parents. It will also be marketed to the elite high schools in Sweden and students there as well as through all Social Media channels.
