“Post NABSW Workshop Tour”

This event is straight after the NABSW Workshop in London (Oct 6-8) so if you are attending that event this is a great opportunity to add on a few extra days to recruit some top students from Sweden.

Right after the NABSW Workshop we will be visiting the best high schools in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.In Stockholm and Malmö we will also be hosting evening open-houses.

Over the past 31 years Bluechip have been helping Swedish students study abroad, and since 2005 have focused solely on sending students to study in the United States through our company Bluechip – Study USA. Bluechip is known for being the leading U.S. specialist in Scandinavia.
We have in the past years seen a growing interest in Swedish students wanting to go to a good private/boarding school in the US. We have seen an increase in this as families are looking for better alternatives for their childrens education as the Scandinavian school system has fallen behind in many ways the last decade.
TOUR SCHEDULE AT-A-GLANCE
10/9 Arrive Stockholm. Meeting and debrief at Clarion Sigh hotel at 7.00pm. At this meeting we will review logistical details and the agenda for the week.
10/10 Stockholm High School visit and evening Open-House
10/11 Stockholm High School visit and to Gothenburg
10/12 Gothenburg High School visit and evening Open-House
10/13 To Malmö and High School visit
10/14 Checkout and depart Malmö/Copenhagen for your next destination.
Meeting and Debriefing
In Stockholm on October 9, 2023 at 7:00pm there will be a meeting at the Clarion Sign Hotel. At this meeting as you will be provided your welcome package, tickets, and important information regarding the fairs & tour.
Investment
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 payment upon registration by credit card.
The participation fee for each institution is $4,995 (4 high school visits and 2 open-houses).
This will be invoiced in August 2023 and made payable no later than September 15, 2023. If registration is done after August 15, 2023 payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
The cost covers venue hire, promotion, marketing, invitations, technical equipment, and all necessary logistics and organization prepared by Bluechip – Study USA.
Dates & Refund Policy
Registration is open until maximum number of participating institutions has been filled.
Should you need to cancel your participation, the following refund policy will apply:
* 60-75 days before exhibition: 50% refund on all fees, paid or due
* 45-59 days before exhibition: 25% refund on all fees, paid or due.
* < 45 days before exhibition: No refund
Accommodation & Travel Arrangements
Participants are strongly recommended to book the pre-arranged travel and accommodation package. This package includes all domestic travel, hotel with breakfast from October 9 to October 14 (5 nights).
All you need to do is to arrive in Stockholm on October 9 and depart from Malmö/Copenhagen on October 14, 2023.

The total cost for 5 nights accommodation including breakfast and all domestic travel between cities, high schools and fair venue is $1,175 per person (Superior Room), which is corporate rate. If you wish to add the travel and accommodation package the fee will be added to your invoice.
The tour is limited to max 7 institutions..
You will receive further information regarding room reservation and hotel details and addresses approx four weeks prior to the start of the event. Please select on the registration form. If two or more representatives sign up from the same institution, please note that the participation fee remains the same although the travel accommodation package is priced per person. If you want more specific details before this, please contact us.
Detailed information will be sent to registered institutions regarding other practical details such as domestic travel, delivery of material, hotels, logistsics, etc approx four weeks prior to the start of the tour.

Invited institutions are accredited private, boarding schools from the USA.
