Meet Future International Students at EfterskoleMessen in Roskilde! Join us at EfterskoleMessen, Denmark’s premier fair for students exploring their next academic step. A great opportunity to engage with Danish students looking for an inspiring and high-quality education abroad!

Quick facts and info on the event
We will once again be part of the Dannish Efterskole Messe (High School Fair) with approximately
4 000 junior high school graduate students attending (8th & 9th graders and their parents). They are all looking for what high school allternative they should choose as well as what they should do in their ”Gap Year” before High School. You will be part of Bluechip STUDY USA booth.

We will also be visiting three high schools in Helsingborg, Gothenburg and Stockholm during the week and we will also be hosting two evening Open-Houses during the week.

** Most likely this event will fall in place right before the NABSW Workshop in London (Feb 6 – 8, 2026)

Why Bluechip events?

  • Size: Our events/fairs are small. Maximum number of participating schools is 7. This gives a lot of attention to each participating school from visiting students and families.
  • Focus: Bluechip only works with the US institutions and is the most established and well known company for this in all of Scandinavia.
  • Experience: Bluechip have been working with the USA and organizing fairs/events for the past 31 years.
  • Student Quality: Students from Sweden and Denmark are very mature and good students with a very high command of the English language.
  • School Quality: At each event we only visit the best/top high schools in each city.

Over the past 33 years we have been helping Scandinavian students study abroad, and since 2007 we have focused solely on sending students to study in the United States through our company Bluechip – Study USA. Bluechip is known for being the leading U.S. specialist in Scandinavia.

We have in the past years seen a growing interest in Swedish and other Scandinavian students wanting to go to a good private/boarding school in the US. We have seen an increase in this as families are looking for better alternatives for their childrens education as the Scandinavian school system has fallen behind in many ways the last decade.

The tour is limited to7 institutions.
