At our October event we will visit high schools and hold evening Open-Houses. It is a great opportunity and a popular event as it gives schools an opportunity to recruit students for future intakes.

We will be visiting high schools in Stockholm, Linköping, Jönköping and Gothenburg during the week and we will also be hosting two evening Open-Houses.
** Most likely this event will fall in place right after the NABSW Workshop in London.
Why Bluechip events?
- Size: Our events/fairs are small. The maximum number of participating schools is 7. This gives a lot of attention to each participating school from visiting students and families.
- Focus: Bluechip only works with US institutions and is the most established and well known company for this in all of Sweden.
- Experience: Bluechip have been working with the USA and organizing fairs/events for the past 33 years.
- Student Quality: Students from Sweden are very mature and good students with a very high command of the English language.
- School Quality: At each event we only visit the best/top high schools in each city.
Over the past 33 years Bluechip have been helping Swedish students study abroad, and since 2005 have focused solely on sending students to study in the United States through our company Bluechip – Study USA. Bluechip is known for being the leading U.S. specialist in Scandinavia.
We have in the past years seen a growing interest in Swedish students wanting to go to a good private/boarding school in the US. We have seen an increase in this as families are looking for better alternatives for their childrens education as the Scandinavian school system has fallen behind in many ways the last decade.

TOUR SCHEDULE AT-A-GLANCE
10/5 Arrive Stockholm, check in to the Radisson Royal Viking Hotel. Meeting and debriefing at Radisson Hotel at 7 pm with Bluechip staff . At this meeting we will review logistical details, information and the agenda for the week.
10/6 Stockholm High School visit and evening Open House 5.00 -6.30 pm at the Radisson Hotel.
10/7 To Linköping and High School visit. On to Jönköping.
10/8 High School visit in Jönköping. On to Gothenburg.
10/9 High School visit in Gothenburg and Open house in the evening at the hotel.

Meeting and Debriefing
In Stockholm on October 5, 2025 at 7:00pm there will be a meeting at the Radisson Royal Viking Hotel. Please attend this meeting as you will be provided your welcome package, tickets, and important information regarding the fairs & tour.
Investment
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 payment upon registration by credit card.
The participation fee for each institution is $3,495. That includes 5 high school visits and 3 Open Houses.
This will be invoiced in August, 2025 and made payable no later than September 15, 2024. If registration is done after September 15, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
The cost covers booth and venue hire, promotion, marketing, advertisements, invitations, technical equipment, and all necessary organization and logistics prepared by Bluechip – Study USA.
Dates & Refund Policy
Registration is open until maximum number of participating institutions has been filled.
Should you need to cancel your participation, the following refund policy will apply:
* 60-75 days before exhibition: 50% refund on all fees, paid or due
* 45-59 days before exhibition: 25% refund on all fees, paid or due.
* < 45 days before exhibition: No refund
Accommodation & Travel Arrangements
Participants are strongly recommended to book the pre-arranged travel and accommodation package. This package includes all domestic travel, hotel (4/5 star) with breakfast from October 5 to October 11
(6 nights).
All you need to do is to arrive in Stockholm on October 5 and depart from Gothenburg on October 11, 2025.

Hotel in Jönköping: Clarion Hotel Jönköping
The total cost for 6 nights accommodation including breakfast and all travel between cities is $1,195 per person (Superior Room), which is corporate rate.
If you wish to add the travel and accommodation package, the fee will be added to your invoice.
Please note that Bluechip has made arrangements for 7 rooms and travel seats only.
The tour is limited to max 7 institutions.
You will receive further information regarding room reservation and hotel details and addresses approximatley four weeks prior to the start of the event. Please select on the registration form. If two or more representatives sign up from the same institution, please note that the participation fee remains the same although the travel accommodation package is priced per person. If you want more specific details before this, please contact us.
Detailed information will be sent to registered institutions regarding other practical details such as domestic travel, delivery of material, hotels, logistsics, etc approx four weeks prior to the start of the tour.

Invited institutions are accredited private, boarding schools from the USA.
