Increase your student enrolments from Sweden by participating in this Bluechip Study USA event in 2025. This event falls in right after ICEF Secondary Education (Paris 9/24 – 9/26) and right before NABSW (London 10/3 – 10/5).
Quick facts and info on the event
At this event we will visit high schools in Stockholm, Linköping, Nyköping and Gothenburg during the week and we will also be hosting two evening Open-Houses. It is a great opportunity and a very popular event as it is a great opportunity to recruit students for future intakes.
Why Bluechip events?
- Size: Our events/fairs are small. Maximum number of participating schools is 7. This gives a lot of attention to each participating school from visiting students.

Over the past 33 years Bluechip have been helping Swedish students study abroad, and since 2005 have focused solely on sending students to study in the United States through our company Bluechip – Study USA. Bluechip is known for being the leading U.S. specialist in Scandinavia.
We have in the past years seen a growing interest in Swedish students wanting to go to a good private/boarding school in the US. We have seen an increase in this as families are looking for better alternatives for their childrens education as the Scandinavian school system has fallen behind in many ways the last decade.

TOUR SCHEDULE AT-A GLANCE
9/28 Arrive Gothnburg. Check into Elite Park Avenue Hotel. Meeting and debriefing at 7 pm with Bluechip staff. At this meeting we will review logistical details, information and the agenda for the week.
9/29 Gothenburg High School visit and evening Open-House
9/30 To Linköping and High School visit. On to Nyköping.
10/1 High School visit in Nyköping. On to Stockholm.
10/2 High School visit in Stockholm and evening Open-House at the hotel.
10/3 Depart Stockholm to your next destination
Meeting and Debriefing
In Gothenburg on September 28, 2025 at 7:00pm there will be a meeting at the Elite Park Avene Hotel. Please attend this meeting as you will be provided your welcome package, tickets, and important information regarding the events & tour.
Investment
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $500.00. Payment upon registration by credit card.
The participation fee for each institution is $ 3,295. Included in this is a minimum of 4 high school visit and 2 Open Houses.
This will be invoiced in July, 2025 and made payable no later than August 15, 2025. If registration is done after August15, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
The cost covers all, logistics, venue hire, promotion, marketing, invitations, any technical equipment needed, and all necessary organization prepared by Bluechip – Study USA.
Dates & Refund Policy
Registration is open until maximum number of participating institutions has been filled.
Should you need to cancel your participation, the following refund policy will apply:
* 60-75 days before exhibition: 50% refund on all fees, paid or due
* 45-59 days before exhibition: 25% refund on all fees, paid or due.
* < 45 days before exhibition: No refund
Accommodation & Travel Arrangements
Participants are strongly recommended to book the pre-arranged travel and accommodation package. This package includes hotels (4-5 star) and breakfast as well as all domestic travel to and from cities as well as to and from fairs/high schools and hotels during the week of September 28 – October 3, 2025.
(5 nights).
All you need to do is to arrive in Gothenburg and depart from Stockholm on October 3, 2025.

Hotel in Gothenburg: Elite Park Avenue Hotel
Hotel in Nyköping: Clarion Collection Hotel
The total cost for 5 nights accommodation including breakfast and all travel between cities is $1,095 per person (Superior Room), which is corporate rate.
If you wish to add the travel and accommodation package, the fee will be added to your invoice.
Please note that Bluechip has made arrangements for 7 rooms and travel seats only.
The fair is limited to max 7 institutions.
You will receive further information regarding room reservation and hotel details and addresses approx four weeks prior to the start of the event. Please select on the registration form. If two or more representatives sign up from the same institution, please note that the participation fee remains the same although the travel accommodation package is priced per person. If you want more specific details before this, please contact us.
Detailed information will be sent to registered institutions regarding other practical details such as domestic travel, delivery of material, hotels, logistsics, etc approx four weeks prior to the start of the tour.

Invited institutions are accredited private, boarding schools from the USA.
