Bluechip Study USA organize different events and tours in Sweden for US colleges and universities and for private/boarding high schools. We hope that you will find an event/tour that will fit your institution!
College Events – Spring 2025
April 6 – April 12, 2025 High School and Open-House Tour
We will visit high schools and hold evening Open-Houses. It is a great opportunity and a very popular event as it gives schools an opportunity to recruit students for future intakes but also ”last minute” students for the fall 2025 intake.
College Events – Fall 2025
August 31 – September 6, 2025 – “The PRE-EAIE & ICEF Sweden Tour”
This event is before the EAIE – Sweden Conference (Sep 9-12), so if you are attending EAIE and/or the ICEF Higher Education event in London (Sept 12 -14) this is a great opportunity to add on a few extra days to recruit some top students from Sweden! We will visit the top High Schools in four cities and we will also host two Open-Houses.
September 14 – 20, 2025 – “The Post EAIE & ICEF Scandinavian Tour”
This event is right after the EAIE – Sweden, Conference (Sept 9 – 12). A great opportunity to add on a few extra days to recruit some top students from Scandinavia. We will mostly be visiting the International High Schools in Norway, Sweden and Denmark and we will also be hosting three Open-Houses. This is a great opportunity to meet with very focused students and families that really wants to study abroad.
November 17 – 23, 2025 – Knowledge and Future Fair Gothenburg
You will be part of the Bluechip – Study USA booth as we will be participating in the largest and best fair in Sweden in Gothenburg. Over three fair days, you will meet over 15 000 high school students. We will also visit two high schools during the week in Sweden. This is a great opportunity to meet with very focused students and families that really wants to study abroad.
November 23 – 28, 2025 – SACO Fair Stockholm
You will be part of the Bluechip – Study USA booth as we will be participating in the largest and best fair in Sweden´s largest city, Stockholm. You will meet over 25 000 high school students at the fair. We will also visit two high schools during the week. This is a great opportunity to meet with very focused students and families that really wants to study abroad.
Private/Boarding High School Events – Fall 2025
September 28 – October 3, 2025 – High School and Open House Event
At this event we will visit high schools in Stockholm, Linköping, Nyköping and Gothenburg during the week and we will also be hosting two evening Open-Houses. This event falls in right after ICEF Secondary Education (Paris 9/24 – 9/26) and right before NABSW (London 10/3 – 10/5).
October 5 – 11, 2025 – High School and Open House Event
At our October event we will visit high schools and hold evening Open-Houses. It is a great opportunity and a popular event as it gives schools an opportunity to recruit students for future intakes. We will visit high schools in Stockholm, Linköping, Jönköping and Gothenburg during the week and host two evening Open-Houses.
November 2 – 7, 2025 – High School fair in Gothenburg and Open-House Event
We will participate in the Gymnasiedagarna event where over 25 000 students and families will attend. This is the second largest high school fair in all of Sweden. The students are all looking for what high school alternative they should choose and what study abroad opportunities there are. You will be part of the Bluechip STUDY USA booth. We will also visit a high school in Stockholm during the week.
November 16 – 21, 2025 – High School fair in Stockholm and Open House Event
In Stockholm we will participate in the Gymnasiemässan event where approximately 30 000 students and families will attend. This is the biggest high school fair in all of Sweden. The students are all looking for what high school alternative they should choose and what study abroad opportunities there are. You will be part of the Bluechip STUDY USA booth. We will also visit a high school in Gothenburg during he week.
Private/Boarding High School Events – Winter 2026
January 23 – 30, 2026 Private/Boarding School ”Efterskole Messe” Roskilde Event
This year we will once again be part of the Danish Efterskole Messe Fair (High School Fair) with over 6 000 junior high school graduate students attending (9th graders and their parents). We will also be visiting three high schools in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö during the week and we will also be hosting three evening Open-Houses during the week.
