Increase your student enrollments from Sweden by participating in this Bluechip Study USA event in 2025.
You will be part of the Bluechip Study USA booth as we will be participating in the largest and best fairs in northern Sweden called NOLIA Careers. The NOLIA Career Fairs covers almost half of Sweden and reaches a large area of students, attracting over 9.000 students in three cities.
The tour will begin in Umeå, then move on to Skellefteå, Piteå and Luleå.
This is one of our more popular events to attend and a perfect time to recruit in Sweden as all graduating upper secondary school students begin to plan how and where they will continue their education.
For the students up north this is the only time and chance they get to meet universities from Sweden and abroad. Participating in the Bluechip tour will allow you to meet with thousands of prospective students. The number one study destination for Swedes is the USA so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
Why Bluechip events?
- Size: Our events/fairs are small. Maximum number of participating schools is either 7 or 11 depending on which event. This gives a lot of attention to each participating school from visiting students.

2/9 Arrive in Umeå and check-in to Elite Mimer Hotel. 7.00 pm meeting and debriefing.
2/10 High School visit Umeå. On to Skellefteå.
2/11 NOLIA Fair Skellefteå.
2/12 Travel to Piteå for NOLIA Fair Piteå. On to Luleå.
2/13 NOLIA Fair Luleå.
2/14 High School visit Luleå.
2/15 Check out and depart Luleå for your next destination
Meeting and Debriefing
In Umeå on February 9, 2025 at 7:00pm there will be a meeting at the Clarion Sign Hotel. where you will be provided your welcome package, tickets, and important information regarding the event & tour.
Investment
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $500.00. Payment upon registration by credit card.
The participation fee for each institution is $4,950. Included in this is a minimum of 1- 2 High School visits and three fair days at the NOLIA fair. This will be invoiced in December, 2024 and made payable no later than January 15, 2025. If registration is done after December 15, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
The cost covers all, logistics, venue hire, promotion, marketing, invitations, any technical equipment needed, and all necessary organization prepared by Bluechip – Study USA.
Dates & Refund Policy
Registration is open until maximum number of participating institutions has been filled.
Should you need to cancel your participation, the following refund policy will apply:
* 60-75 days before exhibition: 50% refund on all fees, paid or due
* 45-59 days before exhibition: 25% refund on all fees, paid or due.
* < 45 days before exhibition: No refund
Accommodation & Travel Arrangements
Participants are required to book the pre-arranged travel and accommodation package due to logistical reasons. This package includes hotels (4-5 star) and breakfast as well as all domestic travel to and from cities as well as to and from fairs/high schools and hotels during the week February 9 – February 15, 2025 (6 nights).
All you need to do is to arrive in Umeå on February 9 and depart from Luleå on February 15, 2025.
The total cost for 6 nights accommodation including breakfast and all travel between cities is $ 1,350 per person (Superior Room), which is corporate rate. You need to add the travel and accommodation package when you register and the fee will be added to your invoice. Please note that Bluechip has made arrangements for 7 rooms and travel seats only.

The fair is limited to max 7 institutions.
You will receive further information regarding room reservation and hotel details and addresses approx four weeks prior to the start of the event. Please select on the registration form. If two or more representatives sign up from the same institution, please note that the participation fee remains the same although the travel accommodation package is priced per person. If you want more specific details before this, please contact us.
Detailed information will be sent to registered institutions regarding other practical details such as domestic travel, delivery of material, hotels, logistsics, etc approx four weeks prior to the start of the tour.
